Which vehicles can I check?
Teslas only. The VIN must begin with one of 5YJ, 7SA, 7G2, LRW, XP7. A non-Tesla VIN is refused and costs nothing.
Where do I find the VIN?
The driver's door jamb sticker, the base of the windscreen on the driver's side, or in your Tesla app under the car's details. In the iPhone app you can photograph the label instead of typing it.

2 free checks for each account with a confirmed email address, granted once. They do not expire and are not renewed. Purchased credits do not expire.
A check failed. Was I charged?
No. If a check cannot complete, the credit is returned automatically. If a balance still looks wrong, email us and we will put it right.
I did not get the confirmation email
Check the spam folder first, then request a new one from the verify page once you are signed in. Free credits only land once the address is confirmed, which is the usual reason a new account shows none.
I cannot sign in
Sign in with your email address — there are no usernames. If the password is lost, use forgot password. If the account was closed for sharing or automated signups you will be told so rather than left guessing.
Buying credits in the iPhone app
The Buy credits button opens this website in your browser, already signed in, and payment is taken by card there. Nothing is charged inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone app: Settings → Delete my account. On the website, email us and we will do it. Unspent credits are forfeited and not refunded, which the app tells you before you confirm. Purchase records are kept for tax and fraud-prevention reasons; your email address is removed. See the privacy policy.
Is this official Tesla data?
It comes from Tesla's own backend, but this service is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Tesla, Inc. Treat the output as research and confirm anything that changes your offer with the seller.
